POST HASTE is the primary carrier for national shipments under 25 Kilograms

We offer FREE SHIPPING on some items. View product details to see if free shipping applies. Free shipping may not apply to oversize items. Generally, this applies to New Zealand-only orders but if you’re outside NZ, we’re happy to receive an email asking for a quote. You can do this from our Contact page.

Please bring your order number when come to pick up.

Item must be picked up in Mt Wellington Branch within 7 days, or order will be cancel automatically.

Carrier Times

Once payment is confirmed, Lovens endeavours to despatch all orders within 2 or 3 working days.

Please note, we CAN NOT deliver to Post Office boxes.

• Orders that are received and payment confirmed BEFORE 2pm, are delivered within 1 or 2 working days.
• Orders that are received and payment confirmed AFTER 2pm, will processed in next working day. And delivered within 2 or 3 working days.

Lovens keeps an economic level of stock of the most popular quality brands such as DEWALT, MAKITA, HITACHI, BOSCH, PASLODE & other brands in our warehouse however, backorders are sometimes required.

In the event an item must be backordered from the manufacturer, the customer will be notified of an approximate shipping date (if available). The customer can then choose to ship the remainder of the order and /or cancel the backordered item for a complete refund.
